Sibylle Engelhard is a Survey Engineer who obtained her Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) qualification in surveying in Germany. She has worked in Namibia since 1999 and has experience in a wide range of surveying and geomatics disciplines.

Her areas of expertise include topographical, engineering and cadastral surveys, precise geodetic network processing, Bernese GNSS software, GIS applications and mapping, mine surveying, database design and administration, Python programming, software development and web development.
